Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Body Editor iOS app (the "App") and the website bodyedit.dailyapptools.com (the "Website"), provided by Body Editor team ("we", "us"). By using the App or the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). For the App, Apple's Standard EULA applies and these Terms supplement it.

2. Your account

Some features require an account (email and password, or Sign in with Apple). The same account works on the Website and in the App. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can delete your account at any time from the App or the Website.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you edit. Photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and share any photo you use, including photos of other people.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes anyone's privacy or intellectual property;
• Edit images of people without their consent in a way intended to deceive, humiliate or harm them;
• Create sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App, except as allowed by law.

5. Body Editor Pro subscriptions

Body Editor Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and yearly) and unlocks Pro features in the Body Editor iPhone app. App Store purchases unlock Pro on that device right away. Website purchases unlock Pro in the App after you sign in with the account you created after checkout.

Purchases on the Website.

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Local taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page on the Website or using the link in your Paddle receipt email. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Purchases in the App (Apple).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Intellectual property

The App and Website, including design, code, presets, filters, icons and other materials (excluding your content), are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Edits are for creative and entertainment purposes and do not represent medical, health or fitness advice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the App or Website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account and the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
